1. Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T1
In 2003 I got my first digital Sony camera, the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T1. It was a point-and-shoot camera that also captured video clips with sound! I used it mainly for snapshots of my friends and family. But looking back it was also the camera by which I first began experimenting with travel and street photography.

2. Sony DSLR-α100
When Sony released their first ever DSLR in 2006 I got it right away. The Sony α100, as it was called, made me take my photography to the next level. It was the first time I could switch between lenses and manually adjust all my settings.

3. Sony NEX5n
Sony released their first mirrorless system cameras as the NEX series in 2010. These cameras were lightweight and all the lenses in the world could be adapted to it. Reason enough to sell my old bulky DSLR and get the Sony NEX5n, this was in early 2012.

4. Sony α7
On 16 October 2013 Sony announced the first ever made full-frame mirrorless cameras, the α7 series. I got the α7 early 2014. The first year I only used 35-year old vintage lenses on this camera and thus mastered my photography skills some more.

5. Sony α7r2
In 2016 I got the Sony α7r2. This camera enabled me to shoot professional quality photos and videos. It turned out to be one of the best cameras of the year 2016. Last year I became a Sony Imaging PRO Support Member. Having this support makes me look out for future Sony cameras even more!!
